Fees include report/case review, professional interviews, driving time to/from Yolo County, report preparation, court preparation and testimony.
A four hour minimum per case/client is required.
A retainer of four hours worth of service is required prior to commencement of services unless prior agreements are made. Professional fees are required to be paid upon the delivery of work product unless prior agreements are made.
I will give you a reasonable time line for which agreed upon services can be performed prior to you contracting for services with me. I will keep you updated in the manner of your preference of the progress and status of agreed upon services and any delays that may arise.
